My sister refurbished some coasters with paint and markers. They’re pretty cute!
She says, ”They were plain old cork coasters and I used acrylic paint and painted them all white, then went from there. I’m still not quite done—I need to put some kind of protective coating on them so they don’t get liquid or heat damage.”
I didn’t think you would post that last picture. Those are my bummer ones. I don’t love them. My favorite I think is the red with implied lines and three yellow dots, and the one that looks like a mushroom.
Just because they weren’t your favourites doesn’t mean other people won’t like them! In fact, I really like the white one with red and yellow brushstrokes. So there.
